The aim of this study was to assess the prevalence of bacteriuria and its relevance to some demographic parameters of pregnant women referred to Dr. Sehatti laboratory of Abadan city.Sampling was conducted by collected of the middle urine sample and samples were analyzed using biochemical tests, microbial culture and antibiogram. Results showed that 54.4% of examined women had the pyuria and 28.8% had bacteriuria.Study of different parameters showed that there was no significant relation between the bacteriuria and age, education level, diabetes history and taking medicines. Results showed that almost half of the examined pregnant women had the history of urinary tract infection and proteinuria was more significant in such patients. In this study Staphylococcaceae family was the most abundant agent for urinary tract infection and after that; there were Streptococcaceae and Enterobacteriaceae respectively. Results of the antibiotic resistance showed that the examined bacteria had the most resistance to Clindamycin, Tetracycline, Azithromycin, and Cefoxitin, and the most sensitivity to Gentamicin, Nitrofurantoine, Ampicillin, and Cotrimoxazole. The bacteria isolated from the specimens in a culture medium were tested according to the antibiogram method.According to results of the present study, pregnant women of third trimester were more susceptible to urinary tract infections and demographic parameters had no significant effects on occurrence of urinary tract infection in pregnant women. }, keywords = {Pregnant women,Antibiogram,Antibiotic Resistance,Staphylococcaceae}, title_fa = {شناخت باکتری های عامل ایجاد عفونت ادراری در زنان باردار شهر آبادان و بررسی مقاومت آنتی بیوتیکی این باکتری ها}, abstract_fa = {تغییرات فیزیولوژیک ناشی از تغییرات هورمونی در هنگام حاملگی، به تغییر ترکیبات شیمیائی ادرار و تسهیل در رشد میکروارگانیسم ها منجر می گردد. هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی میزان شیوع باکتریوری و ارتباط آن با برخی از متغیرهای دموگرافیک در زنان باردار مراجعه کننده به آزمایشگاه دکتر صحتی شهرستان آبادان بوده است. برای تهیه نمونه، از روش جمع آوری ادرار میانه استفاده گردید و آنالیز نمونه های ادرار با استفاده از تست های بیوشیمیایی، کشت میکروبی و آنتی بیوگرام صورت گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که 54/4% زنان باردار دارای پیوری و 28/8% دارای باکتریوری می باشند. بررسی فاکتورهای مختلف نشان داد بین میزان باکتریوری با سن، میزان تحصیلات، سابقه دیابت و سابقه مصرف دارو ارتباط معنی داری وجود ندارد. نتایج نشان داد که تقریباً نیمی از زنان باردار دارای سابقه عفونت ادراری بوده و دفع پروتئین در افراد بیمار بیش تر بود. در این مطالعه خانواده استافیلوکوکاسه بیش ترین عامل مسبب عفونت مجاری ادراری گزارش شد که بعد از آن به ترتیب خانواده استرپتوکوکاسیه و خانواده انتروباکتریاسه قرار دارند. بررسی مقاومت آنتی بیوتیکی نشان داد که در حالت باکتریوری، باکتری ها بیش ترین مقاومت را نسبت به آنتی بیوتیک های کلیندامایسین، تتراسایکلین، آزیترومایسین و سفوکسیتین و بیش ترین حساسیت را نسبت به آنتی بیوتیک های جنتامایسین، نیتروفورانتوئین، آمپیسیلین و کوتریماکسازول دارند. باکتری های جدا شده از نمونه ها در محیط کشت طبق متد آنتی بیوگرام، مقاومت شان بررسی شده است. طبق این بررسی، زنان باردار واقع در سه ماهه سوم بیش تر مستعد ابتلا به عفونت مجاری ادراری بودند و پارامترهای دموگرافیک اثر معنی داری در ابتلای به عفونت ادراری در زنان باردار نداشت.}, keywords_fa = {زنان باردار,باکتریوری,آنتی بیوگرام,مقاومت آنتی بیوتیکی,استافیلوکوکاسه}, url = {http://www.aejournal.ir/article_121691.html}, eprint = {http://www.aejournal.ir/article_121691_2a142b60083e7d74c3b098f545fad5af.pdf} }
