The main goal of this study was to survey biological activities fractions isolated from methanol extract of tentacles from the Persian Gulf sea anemone. LD50 of isolated fractions venom of S. haddoni was recorded on Balb/c mice with intravenous injection. Edematogenic activity of isolated fractions from venom was performed by injection into the sub plantar region of the left hind paw male Balb/c mice (average weight 20–22 g) in tetra plicate. Dermonecrosis activity of the venom was checked on male New Zealand rabbit's skin (3kg). LD50 of F1 was recorded at 38.8 mg/ml. The highest edematogenic activity was seen just two hours after injection 5mg/ml from F4 (179.4 %) and decreased up to 70.5% during 10day. 30mg/ml of F1, F3 and F4 fractions made necrosis area 4, 3, 5mm respectively after 3 hours. Instant potent edema and rapid dermonecrotic activity are significant phenomena after injection of intradermal. This is the first report on instant edematogenic and rapid dermonecrotic activities of the Persian Gulf Sea Anemone venom, Stichodactyla haddoni. The results would also be of high value to better management of clinical conditions and follow up treatment strategies as well.}, keywords = {Stichodactyla haddoni,Venom,Biologic activity,HPLC,Venomous marine animal}, title_fa = {جداسازی و بررسی فعالیت بیولوژیک فراکشن های جدا شده از زهر شقایق دریایی خلیج فارس Stichodactyla haddoni}, abstract_fa = {Stichodactyla haddoni  یکی از حیوانات زهری خلیج فارس است و خصوصیات بیولوژیکی و سمیت آن ها ارزش زیادی درخصوص کشف عامل های با پتانسیل دارویی جدید را دارند. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی تعیین فعالیت های بیولوژیکی فراکشن های جدا شده از عصاره متانولی تانتاکل  های شقایق دریایی خلیج فارس بود. LD50 فراکشن های جدا شده از زهر S. haddoni به صورت تزریق درون رگی در موش Balb/c ثبت شد. فعالیت ادماتوژنیک فراکشن های جدا شده از زهر با تزریق به پنجه عقبی پای موش های BALB/c 20±21 گرمی در گروه های چهارتایی انجام گردید. فعالیت درمونکروتیک فراکشن های زهر بر روی پوست خرگوش نر نیوزیلند با وزن 3 کیلو گرم بررسی شد. .LD50 در فراکشن F1 38/8 میلی گرم در میلی لیتر ثبت شد. بالاترین فعالیت ادماتوژنیک فقط در 2 ساعت بعد از تزریق در مقدار 5 میلی گرم در میلی لیتر از F4 (%179/4) مشاهده شد و بعد از ده روز به 70/5 % کاهش یافت. 30 میلی گرم در میلی لیتر از فراکشن های F1، F3 و F4 ناحیه نکروز سریع بعد از 3 ساعت به ترتیب به قطر 4، 3 و 5 میلی متر ایجاد کرد. ادم ماندگار و فعالیت درمونکروتیک سریع پس از تزریق زیر پوستی زهر پدیده قابل توجه هستند. این اولین گزارش یک عامل ادماتوژنیک ماندگار و درمونکروتیک سریع زهر از شقایق دریایی  Stichodactyla haddoni خلیج فارس است. نتایج این تحقیق برای مدیریت بهتر شرایط کلینیکی و به دنبال آ ن استراتژی های درمان با ارزش خواهد بود. }, keywords_fa = {Stichodactyla haddoni,زهر,فعالیت بیولوژیکی,HPLC,حیوانات زهری دریایی}, url = {http://www.aejournal.ir/article_130821.html}, eprint = {http://www.aejournal.ir/article_130821_08cff15b46f918267d19b10824b83949.pdf} }
