The experimental treatments consisted of the control group (basal diet without any injection), saline injection, injection of 0.4 mg/kg dexamethasone and 0.25, 0.5 or 1% of herbal mixture challenged with injection of 0.4 mg/kg dexamethasone. The results showed that body weight gain (BWG) and feed conversion rate (FCR) of quails, respectively, decreased and increased significantly by dexamethasone injection, but inclusion of 1% of herbal mixture significantly improved these indicators from 29 to 35 days of age. Quails fed 0.4 mg/kg dexamethasone alone or together with 0.25, 0.5 or 1% herbal mixture had higher alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) on 35 d. Moreover, the utilization of 1% peppermint and rosemary mixture together with 0.4 mg/kg dexamethasone significantly decreased malondialdehyde (MDA) of serum compared to control group and groups containing saline, 0.4 mg/kg dexamethasone or 0.4 mg/kg dexamethasone + 0.25% herbal mixture. In conclusion, the results of current study showed that consumption of 1% of rosemary and peppermint powder mixture could partially decrease unfavorable effects of dexamethasone administration in Japanese quails.}, keywords = {Japanese quails,dexamethasone,Rosemary,Blood metabolites,performance,Peppermint}, title_fa = {بررسی سطوح مختلف مخلوط پودر گیاهان نعناع فلفلی و رزماری بر عملکرد، خصوصیات لاشه و برخی فراسنجه‌های بیوشیمیایی خون بلدرچین های ژاپنی تحت تنش با دگزامتازون}, abstract_fa = {این پژوهش برای بررسی اثرات سطوح مختلف مخلوط پودر نعناع فلفلی و رزماری بر عملکرد، خصوصیات لاشه و برخی فراسنجه‌های بیوشیمیایی خون بلدرچین‌های ژاپنی تحت تنش القایی با دگزامتازون با استفاده از 96 قطعه پرنده ماده در یک طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 6 تیمار و 4 تکرار انجام گرفت. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل تیمار شاهد (بدون تزریق)، تزریق آب مقطر، تزریق 0/4 میلی گرم دگزامتازون و تیمارهای حاوی 0/25، 0/5 و 1 درصد از مخلوط گیاهی نعناع فلفلی و رزماری تحت تنش با تزریق 0/4 میلی‌گرم دگزامتازون بودند. نتایج نشان داد که تزریق دگزامتازون به ترتیب افزایش وزن بدن و ضریب تبدیل خوراک را کاهش و افزایش داد، در حالی که افزودن 1 درصد مخلوط گیاهی میزان عملکرد این شاخص ها را از سن 29 تا 35 روزگی بهبود بخشید. بلدرچین های تحت تنش تزریق با 0/4 میلی‌گرم دگزامتازون به تنهایی و یا همراه با دریافت سطوح 0/25، 0/5 و 1 درصد از مخلوط گیاهی مقادیر آلانین آمینوترنسفراز و آسپارتات آمینوترانسفراز سرم بالاتری را در سن 35 روزگی داشتند. هم چنین استفاده از 0/4 میلی‌گرم دگزامتازون همراه با سطح 1 درصد از مخلوط گیاهی میزان مالون دی آلدئید سرم را در مقایسه با شاهد و تزریق با آب مقطر، تزریق با 0/4 میلی‌گرم دگزامتازون و تحت تزریق با 0/4 میلی‌گرم دگزامتازون به همراه مصرف 0/25 درصد مخلوط گیاهی کاهش داد. به طور کلی نتایج آزمایش حاضر نشان داد که استفاده از مخلوط 1 درصد پودر گیاهی نعناع فلفلی و رزماری می‌تواند بخشی از اثرات نامطلوب تزریق دگزامتازون در بلدرچین‌های ژاپنی تحت تنش با دگزامتازون را کاهش دهد. }, keywords_fa = {بلدرچین‌های ژاپنی,دگزامتاون,رزماری,فراسنجه های خونی,عملکرد,نعناع فلفلی}, url = {http://www.aejournal.ir/article_136663.html}, eprint = {http://www.aejournal.ir/article_136663_a23d8090f086a619ed9de31f96cad68e.pdf} }
