In this study two hundred twenty-five Litopenaeus vannamei with an average initial weight of 10.2 ± 0.04 g, that they were fed diets supplemented with of Apple cider vingar and propionic acid after 60 days. Treatments included levels of 0, 1% Apple cider vinegar and 0.5% propionic acid diets. Shrimp were randomly sampled at the end of the experiment. The results indicated that, shrimp fed supplemental diets had significantly higher total hemocyte count (p < 0.05). no significant differences in blister cells were observed among treatments (p > 0.05), whereas the number of the resorptive cells significantly decreased in shrimp fed a diets containing Apple cider vinegar and propionic acid and a dramatic decrease was observed in Apple cider vinegar treatment (p < 0.05). The results indicated the tubule diameter in the hepatopancreas was significantly decreased in shrimp fed diet propionic acid. Total viable bacterial counts in the intestine of shrimp fed Apple cider vinegar and propionic acid diets were significantly lower compared to control group (p < 0.05). These findings indicate that the Apple cider vinegar was introducing suitable organic acid alternative and also it has the greatest potential for use as a diet supplement for L. vannamei.}, keywords = {Apple cider vinegar,Litopenaeus vannamei,Intestinal microbiota,hepatopancreas,Total hemocyte count}, title_fa = {اثرات رژیم غذایی حاوی اسیدآلی و سرکه سیب بر یک پارچگی هپاتوپانکراس و فلور باکتریایی روده در میگوی وانامی (Litopenaeus vannamei)}, abstract_fa = {هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی اثر جیره غذایی حاوی سرکه سیب و پروپیونیک اسید بر بافت‌شناسی هپاتوپانکراس، شمارش تعداد هموسیت و فلور باکتریایی روده میگوی وانامی می‌باشد. در این مطالعه تعداد 225 قطعه میگو وانامی با وزن 04 /0 ±10/2 گرم با رژیم غذایی حاوی سرکه سیب و پروپیونیک اسید به مدت 60 روز تغذیه شدند. تیمارها شامل، سه جیره‌ آزمایشی حاوی سطوح صفر، 1%  سرکه سیب و 0/5% پروپیونیک اسید بود. در پایان دوره به صورت تصادفی از میگوها نمونه‌برداری شد. نتایج نشان داد که تعداد کل هموسیت در میگوهای تغذیه شده با جیره غذایی مکمل افزایش معنی‌داری داشت (0/05>p). تعداد سلول‌های کیسه‌ای تفاوت معنی‌داری در میان تیمارها مشاهده نشد (0/05>p)، درحالی که تعداد سلول‌های جذبی- ذخیره‌ای در تیمارهای حاوی سرکه سیب  و پروپیونیک اسید کاهش معنی‌داری داشت و بیش ترین کاهش هم در تیمار سرکه سیب به مشاهده شد (0/05>p). از طرفی، نتایج نشان داد که قطر توبول های هپاتوپانکراس در تیمار پروپیونیک اسید کاهشداشت. هم چنین، کل باکتری‌های قابل کشت در روده میگوهای تغذیه شده با سرکه سیب و پروپیونیک اسید کاهش معنی‌داری در مقایسه با گروه شاهد داشت (0/05>p). این یافته‌ها نشان داد که سرکه می‌تواند به عنوان جایگزینی مناسب برای اسیدهای آلی معرفی شود و هم چنین پتانسیل بزرگی برای استفاده از این ماده در جیره غذایی میگوی وانامی وجود دارد.  }, keywords_fa = {سرکه سیب,میگوی وانامی,فلور باکتریایی,هپاتوپانکراس,تعداد هموسیت کل}, url = {http://www.aejournal.ir/article_60164.html}, eprint = {http://www.aejournal.ir/article_60164_1f19936139fbd03fa720ca312f767fd1.pdf} }
