The aim of this study was to identify and determine the distribution of ectoparasites of wild partridge (Alectoris chukar) in the Bahramegoor Protected Area (BPA). The method of this research was sampling and identification by morphological, molecular and Phylogenic methods. From the late spring to late fall, 2016, samples were collected. 29 partridge were live-captured by stratified random design method from plain, mountains, hill-valley and garden habitats of the BPA and ectoparasites were collected from partridge’s head by forceps and transferred to glass containing 70% alcohol, then transmitted to the laboratory for identification. The stereoscopic microscope and diagnostic keys of parasitic books as well as molecular methods were used for identifying parasites. All ectoparasites were ticks. A total of 40 ticks were collected, of which 38 ticks (95%) belonged to Ornithodoros genus and Ornithodoros canestrini species and two ticks (5%) belonged to the Hyalomma genus and the Hyalomma sp. species. The Ornithodoros canestrini species was most abundant in the garden habitat (45%) and in the autumn (57.5%) whereas Hyalomma sp. species was found only in the hill-valley habitat (5%) and in the spring (5%).  So, the Ornithodoros canestrini species are known as the dominant species of the area. Due to the importance of these species in transmitting diseases to birds and other wildlife species, appropriate health and management tasks should be taken in place to control and combat these ectoparasites.}, keywords = {Hard ticks,Soft ticks,Partridge (Alectoris chukar),Habitat,Bahramegoor Protected Area}, title_fa = {شناسایی و تعیین پراکنش مکانی و زمانی انگل های خارجی کبک (Alectoris chukar) در منطقه حفاظت شده بهرام گور}, abstract_fa = {انگل های خارجی با خون خواری از پرندگان، در انتقال عوامل بیماری زای مختلف نقش کلیدی دارند. هدف از مطالعه حاضر، شناسایی و تعیین پراکنش انگل های خارجی کبک های وحشی منطقه حفاظت شده بهرام گور بود. روش انجام این تحقیق، نمونه برداری و شناسایی به روش مرفولوژیک، مولکولی و تبارشناسی بود. از اواخر بهار تا اواخر پاییز 1395 اقدام به جمع آوری نمونه ها شد. تعداد 29 کبک به روش تصادفی طبقه بندی شده از زیستگاه های دشتی، کوهستـانی، تپه ماهوری و باغی منطقه زنده گیری و انگل های خارجی به وسیله پنس از سر کبک جمع آوری و به شیشه حاوی الکل 70 درصد منتقل شدند و سپس برای شناسایی بـه آزمایشگاه انتقـال داده شدند. از دستگاه استریومیکروسکوپ و کلیدهای تشخیصی کتاب های انگل شناسی و هم چنین از روش های مولکولی جهت شناسایی انگل ها استفاده شد. تمام انگل های خارجی، کنه تشخیص داده شدند. در مجموع 40 عدد کنه جمع آوری شد که 38 عدد کنه (95%) متعلق به جنس Ornithodoros و گونه  Ornithodoros canestrini و 2 عدد کنه (5%) متعلق به جنس Hyalomma و گونه Hyalomma sp بود. گونه Ornithodoros canestrini در زیستگاه باغی (45%) و در فصل پاییز (5/57%) بیش ترین فراوانی را داشت درحالی که گونه Hyalomma sp.  تنها در زیستگاه تپه ماهوری (5%) و فصـل بهار (5%) حضور داشت. بنابراین، گونه Ornithodoros canestrini گونه غالب منطقه شناخته شد. با توجه به اهمیت این گونه ها در انتقال بیماری ها به پرندگان و سایر گونه های حیات وحش، اقدامات بهداشتی و مدیریتی مناسب جهت کنترل و مبارزه با این انگل های خارجی باید اعمال شود.}, keywords_fa = {کنه های سخت,کنه های نرم,کبک,زیستگاه,منطقه حفاظت شده بهرام گور}, url = {http://www.aejournal.ir/article_90972.html}, eprint = {http://www.aejournal.ir/article_90972_cb123222d51c425660d6a0dde8c7ce6d.pdf} }
