The first lactation information between 2001 and 2016 from 42781 and 38829 cows with 348868 and 302851 records, for MY and FP were considered, respectively. The average of daily THI for 3 days before test date was used as an environmental factor which calculated using information of the nearest weather stations to each herd. (Co) variance components were estimated using Bayesian methodology via random regression model (RRM) for different combinations of THI and days in milk (DIM). As a function of DIM at the end of the lactation increases the heritability and decreases the heritability as a function of the THI with increasing THI.For both DIM and THI values, the genetic correlations gradually decline as the distance between values increases. It is evidence that different records along the different THI values like DIM are affected by different genes. In this regard, the estimated genetic correlations for FP were lower than corresponding correlations for MY. The overall idea of this research on heat stress indicates the need to model an additive genetic effect for heat tolerance of dairy cattle in Mediterranean climate of Iran and the genetic potential of the animal can play an important role in controlling the reduction in the production of herd milk in stressful weather conditions. }, keywords = {Heat stress,heritability,Temperature humidity index,Test day record}, title_fa = {ارتباط بین شاخص دما-رطوبت نسبی و رکوردهای روزآزمون تولید شیر و درصد چربی شیر گاوهای هلشتاین اقلیم مدیترانه‌ای ایران}, abstract_fa = {هدف از این تحقیق مطالعه اثر شاخص دما-رطوبت (THI) به عنوان یک توصیف گر محیطی برای استرس گرمایی بر تولید شیر و درصد چربی گاوهای هلشتاین در اقلیم مدیترانه ای ایران بود. اطلاعات تولیدی شکم اول جمع‌آوری شده طی سال‌های 1380 تا 1395 مربوط به 42751 و 38829 رأس گاو شیری با 348868 و 302851 رکورد به ترتیب برای تولید شیر و درصد چربی شیر مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. میانگین روزانه THI برای سه روز قبل از رکوردگیری که از اطلاعات نزدیک ترین ایستگاه های هواشناسی به گله ها محاسبه شده بود به عنوان یک اثر محیطی درنظر گرفته شد. مؤلفه های (کو) واریانس با استفاده از روش بیزی از طریق مدل رگرسیون تصادفی برای ترکیبات مختلف THI و روز شیردهی (DIM) برآورد شد. در تابعی از روزهای شیردهی با رسیدن به اواخر دوره شیردهی، وراثت پذیری افزایش و در تابعی از شاخص دما-رطوبت (اوایل دوره شیردهی) با افزایش THI، وراثت پذیریکاهش می یابد. همبستگی های ژنتیکی برای مقادیرTHI و DIM با افزایش فاصله بین مقادیر، کاهش داشت که نشان می دهد رکوردها در THIهای مختلف مانند DIMهای مختلف از ژن های متفاوتی اثر می‌گیرند و هم چنین همبستگی های ژنتیکی برآورد شده برای درصد چربی پایین تر از مقادیر مربوط به تولید شیر بود. از برآوردهای حاصل از این تحقیق نتیجه‌گیری می شود که وارد کردن اثر ژنتیک افزایشی در مدل ارزیابی مقاومت به گرما در گله های گاوهای شیری اقلیم مدیترانه ای ایران لازم است و پتانسیل ژنتیکی حیوان می تواند نقش مهمی در کنترل میزان کاهش تولید شیر گله در شرایط آب و هوایی استرس زا ایفا کند.}, keywords_fa = {استرس گرمایی,شاخص دما-رطوبت نسبی,وراثت پذیری,رکورد روز آزمون}, url = {http://www.aejournal.ir/article_92467.html}, eprint = {http://www.aejournal.ir/article_92467_87905c6211ae95fbfd0dfdbf6e118cad.pdf} }
