Structural status and identification of social, environmental and genetic factors using analyzing the data of the questionnaire and phenotypic traits in goats

Abstract

 The main goal of proper scientific management is to achieve maximum profitability and productivity. It is necessary to identify the role of management factors on the performance of livestock units. Therefore, the present study aimed to identify the role of social, environmental, genetic factors in goat breeding through analysis of questionnaire data and phenotypic traits. At first, the number of breeders and participants in the "World Goat Day Conference" of the Institute of Animal Science Research of Iran was obtained and the questionnaire was filled up through interview on virtual channels and through face-to-face interviews with 82 active growers from different provinces. In the second step, all row data collected from farmers from including technical and breeding information management statue, pest contamination medicinal usage, Nutrition and formulation of data (forage and concentration), marketing place, number of kids and input and equipment and the main problems of breeding has been instigated, then a statistical index of all collected records was analyzed in all groups. Result of present study show number of kidding and mortality is two important factor in this specific raising, kidding number also effect result of survivability in goat raising due to Nutritional condition of does in third step analysis of data collected from two Research station of South Khorasan and Sagez analyzed using cfc, SAS and Result of study shows sex of kid, year of birth and interaction between year and type of birth show significant effect of different live weight in different stage of life(p < 0.05) in both station. The use of livestock experts in livestock farms can provide university educators with livestock breeders, which brings about a bridge between science and the introduction of theory into a practical step to maximize livestock production potential.
