ﺗﺄثیر ﺳﻄﻮح مختلف ملاس چغندر جیره غذایی بر شاخص های رشد و بقا، فلورباکتریایی روده و طول پرز روده ماهی کپورمعمولی (Cyprinus carpio)

چکیده

در ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ اﺛﺮات ﺳﻄﻮح ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ملاس چغندر ﺑﺮ ﺑﺮﺧﯽ از شاخص های رشد و بقا، فلورباکتریایی روده و طول پرز روده در ماهی کپور معمولی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در این آزمایش از 360 قطعه ماهی کپور معمولی با میانگین وزنی 2/5±28 گرم استفاده شد. بچه ماهی­ ها در 12 مخزن به ­تعداد 30 قطعه در هر مخزن به ­طور تصادفی توزیع شد. پس از یک هفته آداپتاسیون، در یک دوره به­ مدت 8 هفته غذادهی انجام گرفت . آزمایش در قالب 4 تیمار و هر تیمار با 3 تکرار شامل: جیره فاقد ملاس (تیمار 1)، جیره حاوی 0/5 درصد ملاس (تیمار 2)، جیره حاوی 1 درصد ملاس (تیمار3) و جیره حاوی 2 درصد ملاس (تیمار 4) انجام شد و ماهی­ ها روزانه به میزان 3 درصد وزن بدن و دو بار در روز با جیره­  های آزمایشی تغذیه شدند. غذای گروه شاهد، غذای تجاری کپور معمولی شرکت فرادانه بدون ملاس بود . بررسی شاخص‌ های رشد و تغذیه (افزایش وزن بدن، درصد افزایش وزن بدن، نرخ رشد ویژه، فاکتور وضعیت، ضریب تبدیل غذایی)، تعداد کل باکتری های روده و هم چنین طول پرز روده در پایان دوره آزمایش انجام شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ ها در پایان دوره نشان داد شاخص‌ های رشد و تغذیه (افزایش وزن بدن، نرخ رشد ویژه، فاکتور وضعیت، ضریب تبدیل غذایی) در بین تیمارهای مختلف اختلاف معنی‌ داری باهم داشت (0/05>p ). بررسی تعداد کل باکتری‌ های هوازی روده نشان داد در بین تیمارهای مختلف اختلاف معنی‌ داری در تعداد کل باکتری‌های هوازی روده وجود داشت (0/05>p ). هم چنین بررسی طول پرزهای روده در تیمارهای مختلف حاکی از آن بود که اندازه طول پرزهای روده در بین تیمارهای مختلف اختلاف معنی‌ داری با یکدیگر داشتند (0/05>p ). به طور کلی جیره غذایی حاوی ملاس بر شاخص های رشد و بقا، فلور باکتریایی روده و طول پرز روده ماهی کپور معمولی تاثیرگذار بود و باعث تغییر شاخص های رشد و افزایش باکتری های هوازی روده و افزایش طول پرز روده در تیمار 2% ملاس شد.

چکیده [English]

In the present study, the effects of different levels of beet molasses on some growth and survival indices, intestinal bacterial flora and length of villi in common carp were studied. In this experiment, 360 common carp species were used with a mean weight of 28 ± 2.5 gr The fish in 12 reservoirs were randomly distributed to 30 units per reservoir. After one week of adaptation, it was fed for a period of 8 weeks. The experiment was carried out in the form of 4 treatments and each treatment with 3 replications including: Molasses (treatment 1), diet containing 0.5% molasses (treatment 2), diet containing 1% molasses (treatment 3) and diet containing 2% molasses (treatment 4 ) And fish were fed daily with 3% body weight and twice daily with experimental diets. The food of the control group, the commercial food of the common carp of the company was enriched with no molasses. Growth and nutrition indices (body weight gain, body weight gain, specific growth rate, condition factor, nutritional conversion factor), total bacterial count of the intestine as well as the length of the intestinal paresis were performed at the end of the experiment. Data analysis at the end of the study showed that growth and nutrition indices (body weight gain, specific growth rate, condition factor, feed conversion ratio) were significantly different between treatments (p < 0.05). An examination of the total number of aerobic bacteria in the intestine showed that there was a significant difference between the treatments in the total number of aerobic bacteria (p < 0.05). Also, the study of peptic ulcer length in different treatments indicated that the length of the peptic ulcer was significantly different between treatments (p < 0.05).
