بررسی زیست شناسی تولیدمثل ماهی حلوا سفیدPampus argenteus (Euphrasen1788) در آب های شمال خلیج فارس و دریای عمان (استان هرمزگان)

چکیده

این مطالعه با هدف تعیین خصوصیات زیستی و تولید مثل ماهی حلوا سفید، Pampus argenteus (Euphrasen, 1788)، در آب ­های استان هرمزگان (محدوده­ جزیره قشم) صورت پذیرفت. تعداد 955 نمونه ماهی صید شده با استفاده از تورهای ترال، گوشگیر و ابزار صید مشتا به مدت 12 ماه (از فرودین تا اسفند سال 1397) مورد توزین و زیست­ سنجی قرار گرفت. هم چنین تعاد 565 نموه نیز به منظور انجام مطالعات تولید مثلی به آزمایشگاه انتقال یافت. بیش ترین میانگین طول چنگالی و وزن بدن برای جنس­ های نر و ماده، به ترتیب 18/08 سانتی متر و 263/70 گرم در اردیبهشت ماه و و  22/77 سانتی متر و 488/09 گرم در مرداد ماه محاسبه گردید. نتایج حاصل از آزمون کولموگراف اسمیرنف دو نمونه ­ای نشان داد که توزیع فراوانی طولی ماهیان ماده­ بین دو فصل زمستان و  بهار و دارای اختلاف معنی‌ داری نبود، در حالی که برای ماهیان نر توزیع فراوانی طولی در بین تمامی فصول اختلاف معنی ­داری داشت. نسبت جنسی نر به ماده در طول یک سال نمونه برداری (1/49)، دارای اختلاف معنی ­داری بود (0/05>p ). با استفاده از روش باتاچاریا، برای جنس نر و ماده 4 گروه همزاد تشخیص داده شد. طول در اولین بلوغ جنسی (Lm50) برای حلوا سفید نر و ماده، به ترتیب برابر 18/12 سانتی­ متر و 21/72 سانتی ­متر محاسبه شدند. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که فعالیت تولید مثلی این گونه از فروردین ماه تا مرداد ماه در بیش ترین حد است. با توجه به نتایج این مطالعه پیشنهاد می­ گردد جهت حفاظت از ذخایر این گونه از فعالیت ماهیگیری در این ماه­ ها به صورت شدیدتری جلوگیری شود.

چکیده [English]

This study aimed to determine Biological and reproductive characteristics of Silver pomfret, Pampus argenteus (Euphrasen, 1788) in the Persian Gulf and the Oman Sea waters (around of Qeshm Island). Sampling was carried out using fishing gears including: trawl, gillnet, and fishing traps (Moshta) during 12 months from April to March 2018. 955 specimens were weighed and 565 specimens were transferred to the laboratory, for biological and reproductive cycle study. The maximum average length and weight body for males was 18.08 cm and 263.7 gr, respectively, observed in May and for females was 22.77 cm and 488.09 gr, respectively, observed in July. The results of Kolmogorov-Smirnov test showed that the length distribution frequency of female was not significantly different between winter and spring seasons (DKs = 1.34, P = 0.054). For males, there was a significant difference among all the season that examined. There was a significant difference in male to female sex ratio during the one year (1.49). For both sex, four cohorts were diagnosed using the Bhattacharya's method. Length at first sexual maturity for males and females was calculated 18.12 cm and 20.84 cm, respectively. It is concluded that the reproductive activity of this species is highest from April to August. According to the results of this study, it is suggested that fishing activities should be stopped during these months to protect the stock of this species.
