بررسی میزان آلودگی کلیفرمی رودخانه زیارت در استان گلستان

چکیده

در این بررسی به ‌منظور تعیین میزان آلودگی کلیفرمی، از لایه سطحی 10 ایستگاه واقع در رودخانه زیارت در استان گلستان نمونه ‌برداری انجام گرفت. نمونه‌ برداری به ‌صورت ماهانه در بهار و تابستان 1391 انجام شد. تعیین میزان آلودگی کلیفرمی به‌ روش استاندارد MPN صورت گرفت. نتایج حاصل، اختلاف معنی ‌دار بین ایستگاه‌ ها را نشان داد (0/05>P) که مهم‌ ترین دلیل آن فعالیت‌ های انسانی بوده و این درحالی است که اختلاف معنی ‌داری بین ماه‌ های مختلف وجود نداشته که مهم‌ ترین دلیل آن وقوع سیل‌ های ماهانه می‌ باشد. بالا رفتن درجه حرارت محیط در فصل تابستان عاملی موثر در افزایش رشد و تکثیر باکتری‌ ها بوده و در مناطق پایین‌ دست به‌ دلیل جریان آرام و عبور از مراکز شهری و کشاورزی و وارد شدن پساب این مراکز به ‌داخل آن‌ ها تغییرات محسوسی در آلودگی آب رودخانه نسبت به ایستگاه ‌هایی که سرعت دبی آب رودخانه زیاد بوده، به‌ وجود آورده است.

چکیده [English]

In this survey, in order to study the Coliform pollution of Zyarat Stream from surface layer were sampled in 10 stations. Sampling was done monthly in during spring and summer (1391). The Coliform pollution was examined by standard MPN method. Present results has shown significant difference among stations (p>0.05)) that the main cause of it was human,s activities while there was no significant difference among different months that the main cause of it was flood monthly that occurred. In summer, due to the high temperature, growth of bacteria is more than ever and in the lower area, because of calm flowing of water and it is passing through the city and agricultural centers, and entering garbage into it, the amount of pollution has been apparently reached a high level in comparison with other parts of the stream with rapid flowing of water.
