تأثیر سطوح مختلف آرد کرم خاکی (Eisenia fetida) بر برخی از پارامترهای رشد و رنگ ‌پذیری بچه ماهی اسکار (Astronotus ocellatus)

چکیده

هدف از این مطالعه ارزیابی تأثیر جایگزینی جیره تجاری با سطوح مختلف آرد کرم خاکی (0(شاهد)، 5، 10 و 15 درصد) در بچه ماهیان اسکار بر پارامترهای رشد و رنگ‌پذیری ماهی مذکور بود. برای این منظور آزمایشی در قالب یک طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 4 تیمار آزمایشی هر کدام با 3 تکرار طراحی شد. برای این منظور تعداد 120 قطعه بچه ماهی اسکار با میانگین وزنی 35/0±32/4 گرم در 12 آکواریوم ذخیره‌سازی شدند. تراکم بچه ماهیان در هر آکواریوم 10 عدد بود. بعد از 8 هفته از هر تیمار سه عدد بچه ماهی برای اندازه‌گیری خصوصیات مورد مطالعه به‌طور تصادفی انتخاب شد. نتایج نشان داد که افزودن 5 درصد آرد کرم خاکی باعث افزایش معنی‌دار وزن نهایی (49/0±31/18 گرم)، نرخ رشد ویژه (11/0±51/2 درصد در روز)، درصد بازماندگی (00/0±100 درصد) و بهترین ضریب تبدیل غذا (14/0±74/1) شد (05/0p<). میزان کاروتنوئید در تمامی تیمارهای آزمایشی نسبت به تیمار شاهد به شکل معنی‌داری بالاتر بود (05/0p<). مؤلفه‌های a* و b* در تیمارهای جایگزین شده با 5 و 10 درصد پودر کرم خاکی به شکل معنی‌داری بالاتر از گروه شاهد (05/0p<) و مؤلفه L* در سطوح مذکور (5 و 10 درصد) به شکل معنی‌داری پایین‌تر از گروه شاهد اندازه‌گیری شدند (05/0p<). در مجموع نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد جایگزینی آرد کرم خاکی در سطح 5 درصد در جیره تجاری تأثیرات مثبتی بر پارامترهای رشد و فاکتورهای تعیین‌کننده کیفیت رنگ پوست بچه ماهیان اسکار داشت.

This study aimed to investigate the effect of replacing a commercial feed with different ratios of earthworm meal (0 (Control), 5, 10, and 15%) on growth parameters and skin pigmentation in Oscar fry. For this purpose, the experiment was performed in a completely randomized design with four treatments and three replicates. One hundred and twenty of Oscar fry with an initial average weight of 4.32±0.35g were dispersed into 12 aquaria. The stocking density was 10 fingerlings per aquarium. After 8 weeks, three fish from each treatment were randomly selected to measure the studied characteristics. The highest final weight (18.31±0.49 g), specific growth rate (2.51±0.11 %/day), survival rate (100 %), and the best food conversion ratio FCR (1.74±0.14) were observed in the fish fed with 5% earthworm meal compared to others (p<0.05). Total carotenoid at all treatments was significantly higher than the control group (p<0.05). The mean level of a* and b* factors in treatments replacing with 5 and 10% of earthworm meal was significantly higher than the control group (p<0.05); While, L* factors in mentioned levels (5 and 10%) was significantly lower than the control group (p<0.05). In conclusion, the results of this study showed that replacing the commercial feed with earthworm meal at 5% had positive effects on growth parameters and skin pigmentation factors in Oscar fry.
