ارزیابی اثرات چربی جیره روی برخی شاخص های خونی- بیوشیمیایی و آنزیم های کبدی بچه تاس ماهی سیبری

چکیده

تحقیق حاضر به‌ منظور مقایسه اثر سطوح مختلف چربی جیره غذایی بر برخی از شاخص‌ های خونی‌‌- بیوشیمیایی وآنزیم ‌های کبدی بچه تاس ‌ماهی سیبری (Acipenser bearii)  به‌ مدت 12 هفته طراحی و اجرا گردید. بدین منظور تعداد 120عدد بچه ‌ماهی تاس ‌ماهی سیبری با میانگین وزنی 0/33±15/6 گرم در 12 مخزن فایبرگلاس 500 لیتری (به تعداد 10 عدد در هر تانک) توزیع شدند. چهار جیره غذایی محتوی سطوح متفاوت چربی 10، 15، 20 و 25 درصد (به‌ عنوان سطوح پایین، بهینه، بالا و خیلی بالا) با پروتئین یکسان (45 درصد) فرموله شدند. ماهیان در طول دوره پرورش، به‌ صورت دستی 3 بار در روز تا حد سیری تغذیه شدند. برطبق نتایج شاخص ‌های خونی (گلبول قرمز، گلبول سفید و هموگلوبین)، بیوشیمیایی (گلوکز و لیزوزیم) و آنزیم‌ های کبدی(GOT و (GPT ماهیان تغذیه شده با جیره حاوی چربی 15 درصد، به ‌طور معنی ‌داری نسبت به ماهیان تغذیه شده با چربی 20 و 25 درصد چربی بهبود یافت. با توجه به نتایج مطالعه حاضر می ‌توان اذعان نمود، افزایش سطح چربی در جیره بچه تاس ‌ماهی سیبری تا سطح 15 درصد سبب بهبود و تقویت بسیاری از شاخص ‌های خونی و بیوشیمایی می‌ گردد.

The present study has been carried out for the purpose of effects of different levels of dietary lipid levels on liver enzymes and blood hematological and biochemical parameters in juvenile Siberian sturgeon (Acipenser bearii) for 12 weeks. For this reason 120 juvenile Siberian sturgeon (15.6 ± 0.33g; mean ± SD) were distributed to 12 tanks, each containing 10 fishes. Four experimental diets with the same protein (45 %) and 4 fat levels 10, 15, 20 and 25 percent (as low, optimum, high and high level) was formulated. They were fed three times daily. During the breeding period, fish fed diets containing 15% fat had better blood (RBC, WBC and Hb), biochemical (glucose and lysozyme) and liver enzymes parameters (GOT and GPT) significantly in comparison with fish fed with 20 & 25% lipid. Based on the results of this study we can say that increased levels of fat in the diets of juvenile Siberian sturgeon up to 15 percent, improved biochemical and blood hematological parameters.
