Abstract

The goal of this research was to study the growth parameters and biological indicators of Rutilus frisii kutum and has been done at the base of random collecting of fishes at Mazandaran coastal waters (Sari to Mahmodabad) and fish sampling was carried out by beach seine. Fork length, mean length and total weight of 1096 sampled fish were determined. The fork lengths (FL) were between 13.2 and 54.4cm.The results showed that, the mean length and weight of fishes were 39.03±5.75cm and 815.8±379.5g, respectively. The length average was different between periods of study and increased from 34.6 to 45.4. Most of fishes were in age 4andgrowth parameters were estimated as L∞ = 58 cm, K = 0.24 year, t = -.016 year.
