Abstract

In this study activity rate of α-Amylase, Tripsine and Lipase enzymes was examined in three parts (anterior, mid and posterior) of intestine in 12 wild Schizothorax zarudnyi (with average weight: 141.6±6.3, 209.55±2.63 and 326.15±26.9 gr). The results showed that α-Amylase had the most activity among these considered enzymes. The most activity rate of α-Amylase was in the middle part of intestine and significant differences were observed among different parts of intestine (p<0.05). Examinations showed that the most activity rate of Tripsine and Lipase was in the anterior part of intestine. In both of these enzymes a significant difference was not observed between anterior and middle parts of intestine (p>0.05). Totally, activity rate of examined enzymes was increased with increasing of weight. According to obtained results, it seems that preparing of food ration based on carbohydrates, can be used as a suitable dietetic tendency for this species.
