The effect of ciprofloxacin on liver tissue and serum levels factors in mice fetus

Abstract

The present study, ciprofloxacin was carried out in order to examine the probable effects of consuming this plant during the crucial days of pregnancy on fetal growth and development of liver tissue in mice. The treatment group received ciprofloxacin with a dose of 80 mg/kg intraperitoneally on organogenesis days of pregnancy. The samples stained by H&E method. The level of ALT, ALP and AST was measured by standard methods using enzymatic and biochemical kits using Autoanalyser Device Model 1000-RA manufactured by Technician Company, the USA.
