Abstract

The aim of this syudy was investigated the effect of gavage of thmye extract on some blood parameters in Farahani lambe breed.  This work was done in farm of Arak University. Fiften female lambes divide three groups: T1 (control): Distilled water gavage; T2: one milliliter thyme extract gavage; T3: two milliliter thyme gavage blood. Blood sampling was done two towice. Hematology and IgG were measured. Resultant data were analyzed in a completely randomized design. Results indicated that supplementing of thymus extract was increased WBC and IgG singnificantly (p<0.01). AST was decreased after thymus gavage (p<0.05). It seems that thymus extract shall improved lambe immunosystem.
