بررسی رفتار بویایی تاس ماهی ایرانی (Acipenser persicus) تحت تاثیر نانوذرات نقره

چکیده

بویایی یکی از حواس مهم ماهی ­ها برای تشخیص بوها از فاصله ­های دور است و نقش مهمی در رفتار غذایی و جهت ­یابی آن ­ها دارد. این حس می­ تواند معیار قابل اعتمادی جهت سنجش تاثیر آلاینده ­ها بر موجودات آبزی باشد. از این­ رو این مطالعه سعی داشته با بررسی رفتار غذایی بویایی تاس ماهی ایرانی تاثیرات نانوذرات نقره را مورد بررسی قرار دهد. این رفتار در ماهی­ های گروه شاهد و ماهی ­هایی که به ­مدت 7 روز در معرض سه غلظت0/01، 0/005 و 0/001 میلی­ گرم در لیتر نانوذرات نقره قرار گرفته بودند، بررسی شد (هر تیمار در 3 تکرار). جهت ارزیابی رفتار بویایی تاس ­ماهی ایرانی از شش اسیدآمینه استفادهشد. طی آزمایش آب حاوی اسیدآمینه به ­مدت 3 دقیقه از یک سمت آکواریوم وارد می ­شد. 30 ثانیه بعد از شروع آزمایش تعداد ماهی ­های حاضر در همان سمت و واکنش و رفتار آن ­ها به اسیدآمینه ثبت می ­شد. طبق نتایج به ­دست آمده تمایل و واکنش ماهی­ ها به اسیدآمینه های آلانین، گلایسین و لوسین که جزو اسید­آمینه ­های جاذب برای تاس ­ماهی ایرانی هستند به­ صورت معنی ­داری کاهش یافته بود که این کاهش تحت تاثیر غلظت نانوذرات نقره بود و در غلظت 0/01 میلی­ گرم در لیتر نانوذرات نقره بیش ­ترین کاهش مشاهده شد. هم­ چنین پاسخ ­های رفتار بویایی نیز فقط در غلظت 0/01­ میلی­ گرم در لیتر نسبت به گروه شاهد تفاوت معنی­ دار را نشان داد اما پاسخ ماهی ­ها به اسیدآمینه ­های دافع (تیروزین، اسیدآسپارتیک و اسیدگلوتامیک) در هیچ ­کدام از غلظت­ های نانوذرات نقره معنی­ دار نبود.

Olfaction is one of the fundamental senses to detect odors from long distances in sturgeons, and it plays an important role in feeding behavior and orientation fish. This sense can be a reliable criteria to investigate the effect of pollutants on aquatic organisms. Therefore, the main objective of this study was to evaluate effects of silver nanoparticles on olfactory feeding behavior of Persian sturgeon. This behavior was investigated following exposure to 0.01, 0.005 and 0.001 mg L-1 AgNPs for 7 days (each group with 3 replicates) and 6 amino acids were used to evaluate the olfactory behavior. During the course of the experiment, solution containing amino acids was introduced into the aquarium for 3 min. Then the number of fish and their behavior was counted every30 sec after the start of each trial. The results showed that the concentration of 0.01 mg L-1 AgNPs significantly reduced the olfactory attractiveness of alanine, glycine and leucine amino acids. Also, olfactory behavior responses were significantly reduced only at a concentration of 0.01 mg / L. but responses to the repellant amino acids (tyrosine, aspartic acid and glutamic acid) were not significantly different in none of the concentrations of silver nanoparticles.
