تاثیر برنامه های نوری مختلف برمولفه های رشد و ایمنی درجوجه های گوشتی

چکیده

این آزمایش به منظوربررسی تاثیر برنامه های نوری مختلف برعملکرد رشد، سیستم ایمنی و اندام‌ های داخلی جوجه های گوشتی انجام شد. 300 قطعه جوجه نر یک روزه راس 308 به سه گروه 100 تایی با پنج تکرار با میانگین وزن تقریبا یکسان تقسیم بندی شدند. جوجه های هر تیمار به طور تصادفی در سالنی مجزا در5 پن شامل 20 قطعه جوجه قرار گرفتند. در هر سه تیمار به جز برنامه نوری تمام شرایط مدیریتی یکسان بود و از 8 تا 42 روزگی ، تیمار 1  با یک ساعت تاریکی، تیمار2 با 8 ساعت تاریکی مداوم و تیمار 3 با 12 ساعت تاریکی مداوم پرورش داده شدند. در 35 روزگی 0/2 میلی لیترآنتی ژن علیه گلبول های قرمز گوسفندی از طریق وریدی به جوجه‌ ها تزریق و در 42 روزگی از هر تکرار(پن) 4 جوجه به طریق کاملا تصادفی انتخاب و خونگیری جهت تعیین تیتر آنتی بادی علیه گلبول های قرمز گوسفندی انجام شد. سپس جوجه‌ ها ذبح شده و وزن تیموس، طحال، کبد، قلب، چینه دان، سنگدان و ژژنوم توزین و طول ژژنوم اندازه گیری شد. تیتر آنتی بادی علیه گلبول های قرمز گوسفندی در جوجه های تیمار با 23 ساعت روشنایی: یک ساعت تاریکی کم ترین و در تیمار 12 ساعت روشنایی:12 ساعت تاریکی بیش ترین سطح را به خود اختصاص داد  (0/01>p )وزن اندام‌ های داخلی در تیمار 23 ساعت روشنایی:1 ساعت تاریکی کم ترین و در تیمار12 ساعت روشنایی:12 ساعت تاریکی بیش ترین مقدار را به خود اختصاص داد. افزایش وزن بدن و ضریب تبدیل خوراک بین تیمارها در تمام دوره ها اختلاف معنی داری داشت و با افزایش ساعات تاریکی بهبود یافت (0/05>p ). براساس نتایج این آزمایش برنامه های نوری با ساعات تاریکی بیش تر موجب بهبود مولفه ­های رشد و ایمنی جوجه های گوشتی گردید.

Influence of different Lighting Programs on Growth and Immunity indices in Broilers

This experiment subjected to investigate the effect of different light programs on growth performance, the immune system and internal organs of the broiler chicks. A total of 300 one day-old male broiler chicks (Ross-308) were randomly distributed between three treatments with a similar average weight. Each group was housed in the separated room with five pen and 20-birds per pen.The management conditions were similar for all treatments throughout the experimental period except lighting programs which from 8 to the 42 day were provided as follow: 1) 23 h light (L): 1 h dark (23L:1D), 2) 16 h L: 8 h D (18L:6D) and 3) 12 h L: 12 h D (12L:12D). At 35day-old, 0.2 mL of SRBC was injected intravenously into the chicks and at the 42 day-old, 4 chicks were randomly selected from each replicate. Anti-SRBC antibody titers were determined using a heamagglutination technique. Then Chicks were slaughtered and their bursa of fabricus, spleens, liver, heart, crops, gizzard and jejunum weighted and alsolength of jejunum were measured. The Anti-SRBC titer was the lowest with 23L:1D and the highest in the birds of 12L:12D treatments respectively (p < 0.01). The lowest weights of internal organelles were in 23L:1D and the highest in 12L:12D treatments.The  weight gain and feed conversion ratio between the treatments was significantly different in all the periods and improved with more dark hours (p < 0.05). It is concluded that lighting program with long darkness improved growth and immune indices in broilers.
