بررسی اثر سطوح مختلف عصاره اتانولی Corchorus olitorius بر روی برخی فاکتورهای تولیدمثلی و رشد در ماهی دم‎شمشیری (Xiphophorus helleri)

چکیده

در این آزمایش اثر سطوح مختلف عصاره اتانولی گیاه Corchorus olitorius روی عملکرد تولیدمثلی و برخی فاکتورهای رشد در ماهی دم‌ شمشیری (Xiphophorus helleri) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در این تحقیق عصاره اتانولی (70%) گیاه پس از استخراج با امواج مایکروویو، با استفاده از دستگاه روتاری تغلیظ و سپس به‌ کمک دستگاه خشک‎کن انجمادی به عصاره پودری تبدیل شد. عصاره پودری به‌ میزان 0 (شاهد یا تیمار 1)، 200 (تیمار 2)، 400 (تیمار 3) و 800 (تیمار 4) میلی‎گرم بر کیلوگرم جیره غذایی افزوده شد. ماهی‎ها به‌ مدت 14 هفته، غذادهی شدند. نتایج نشان داد که شاخص گنادوسوماتیک، وزن نهایی مولدین، طول نهایی مولدین و درصد بقای لارو در تیمار 3 به‎طور معنی‎داری بیش‌ تر از سایر تیمارها بود (0/05>P). کم ‌ترین میزان هم‌ آوری نسبی در تیمار 1 (شاهد) مشاهده شد، به‎علاوه هم‌ آوری نسبی تیمار 1 با 2 و نیز تیمار 3 با 4 اختلاف معنی‎داری با یکدیگر نداشتند (0/05<P). هم‌ چنین طول و وزن لارو در تیمارهای 3 و 4 به‎طور معنی‎داری بیش ‌تر از سایر تیمارها بود (0/05>P). مقدار ضریب رشد ویژه مولدین در تیمارهای 1 و2 به‎طور معنی‎داری (0/05>P) کم‌ تر از تیمارهای دیگر بود. به‎علاوه عصاره فوق تأثیری بر روی نسبت‎های جنسی نداشت.

In the present study the effect of different levels of ethanol extract of Corchorus olitorius on reproductive performance and some growth factors in Xiphophorus helleri were studied. Ethanol extract (70%) of plant extracted with microwave and concentrated using the rotary-evaporator. The extract was then powderd using the freez-dryer. The prepared extract was incorporated with the artificial feeds at concentration of 0.0 (A), 200 (B), 400 (C) and 800 (D) mg kg-1 of dry diet and fed to fish for a period of 14 weeks. The results showed that Gonadosomatic index, the weight of female broodstock, length of female broodstock and fry survival was significantly higher in group 3 as compared to other groups (P<0.05). Relative fecundity was lowest in group A. The results of the relative fecundity showed that there was no significant difference (P>0.05) between group A and B and also between C and D. The length and weight of fry in groups 3 and 4 were significantly higher than other groups (P<0.05). The gonadosomatic index was found lower in group 1 and 2  as compared to other groups. Moreover, no significant differences in the sex ratio were observed within the experimental groups (P>0.05).
