رشد و مرگ و میر میگوی آب شیرین (Macrobrachium nipponense) در دریاچه سد بوستان جنوب‌شرق دریای خزر

چکیده

میگوی آب­شیرین شرقی (Macrobrachium nipponense) یک گونه غیربومی بوده که به­طور وسیع در حوضه خزر جنوبی پراکنش دارد. این تحقیق جهت مطالعه ویژگی­های رشد و مرگ­ و ­میر در منطقه سد بوستان در جنوب­شرق دریای خزر بر روی مجموع 860 میگو در طی بهمن 1394 الی مهر 1395 صورت گرفت. نسبت جنسی نر به ماده 1/11: 1 برآورد گردید. دامنه طول کل و وزن در این میگو در منطقه مورد مطالعه به‌ترتیب 74/94-11/70 میلی‌متر و 4/51-0/04 گرم به‌دست آمد. فراوانی میگو و وزن در ماه‌های مختلف، متفاوت و اختلاف معنی‌دار بود (0/05>p). میانگین طول و وزن در میگوهای نر (میانگین طول کل 40/24 میلی‌متر و وزن 0/81 گرم،0/05>p) کم­تر از ماده‌ها (میانگین طول کل 41/70 میلی‌متر و وزن 1/01 گرم، 0/05>p) بود. ارتباط طول و وزن بین نرها و ماده‌ها در سد بوستان معنی‌دار و هر دو جنس دارای رشد ایزومتریک به­دست آمد. پیراسنجه‌های رشد در نرها (میلی­متر) 86/63=∞K= 0/79 ,L و در ماده‌ها (میلی­متر) 76=K =1,L به­دست آمد. مرگ ‌ و ‌میر طبیعی نرها 1/08 و در ماده‌ها 1/17 محاسبه شد. با توجه به نتایج به­دست آمده به­نظر می­رسد سد بوستان محیط مناسبی برای زندگی و رشد این میگو فراهم می­کند.
