اثر گاواژ عصاره آویشن شیرازی بر برخی از فراسنجه‌های خونی بره

چکیده

این مطالعه با هدف بررسی اثر گاواژ عصاره آویشن بر برخی از فراسنجه ­های خونی در بره ­های نژاد فراهانی در مزرعه دانشکده کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی دانشگاه اراک انجام شد. در این مطالعه تعداد 15 رأس بره ماده نژاد فراهانی در سه گروه به ­مدت چهل روز شامل: تیمار یک (شاهد): گاواژ آب مقطر، تیمار دو: گاواژ یک سی ­سی عصاره آویشن، تیمار سه: گاواژ دو سی­ سی عصاره آویشن. دو بار خونگیری از بره ­ها انجام شد و سپس فراسنجه ­های هماتولوژی و ایمنوگلوبولین G سنجش شد. داده ­ها با طرح کامل تصادفی آنالیز شدند. نتایج نشان داد که عصاره آویشن سبب افزایش گلبول‌های سفید خون (0/01>p) و هم­ چنین افزایش سطح ایمنوگلوبولین جی  (0/01>p) شد. آنزیم کبدی AST نیز پس از گاواژ عصاره آویشن به ­طور معنی ­داری کاهش یافت (0/05>p). به ­نظر می‌رسد مصرف عصاره آویشن در بره ­ها، می ­تواند سبب بهبود سیستم ایمنی در بره ­ها شود.
