اثرات افزودنی های خوراکی مختلف و آنتی بیوتیک محرک رشد بر پاسخ ایمنی، خصوصیات استخوان درشت‌نی، کیفیت گوشت و عملکرد رشد در جوجه‌های گوشتی راس 308

چکیده

در این مطالعه از 540 قطعه جوجه‌‌ گوشتی نر یک‌روزه سویه تجاری راس 308 با 6 گروه آزمایشی در 6 تکرار (15 قطعه جوجه در هر تکرار)، برای بررسی اثرات افزودنی‌های مختلف خوراکی جایگزین آنتی بیوتیک بر عملکرد رشد، پاسخ ایمنی، خصوصیات استخوان درشت‌نی وکیفیت گوشت جوجه‌های گوشتی استفاده شد. گروه های آزمایشی شامل: 1) جیره شاهد بر پایه ذرت و سویا، 2) جیره شاهد حاوی 0/25 گرم در کیلوگرم آنتی‌بیوتیک محرک رشد (لینکومایسین)، 3) جیره شاهد حاوی 1 گرم در کیلوگرم عصاره‌های گیاهی (سیر، آویشن باغی، ملیس، گشنیز، زیره سبز،دارچین) ، 4) جیره شاهد حاوی 3 گرم در کیلوگرم اسیدهای چرب متوسط زنجیر (اسیدهای کاپروئیک،کاپریلیک، کاپریک و لائوریک)، 5) جیره شاهد حاوی 1/5 گرم در کیلوگرم پری‌بیوتیک (میتو) به‌علاوه 0/2 گرم پروبیوتیک (لاکتوفید)، 6) 1 میلی‌لیتر در لیتر اسانس‌های گیاهی مخلوط در آب آشامیدنی (اکالیپتوس، باریجه، میخک، نعناع فلفلی، رازیانه، آویشن، زنیان و مرزه) بود. ترکیبات افزودنی باعث تفاوت معنی‌دار (0/05>p) افزایش وزن بدن و ضریب تبدیل غذایی نسبت به گروه شاهد در کل دوره آزمایش شدند. درصد هتروفیل و لنفوسیت و تیترآنتی‌بادی علیه برونشیت و گامبورو و همین‌طور صفات کیفیت گوشت در پرندگان در بین گروه های آزمایشی تفاوت معنی‌داری از خود نشان ندادند (0/05<p)؛ با این‌حال درصد خاکستر استخوان درشت‌نی و هم‌چنین درصد وزن طحال دارای تفاوت معنی‌داری بود که بیش ترین درصد خاکستر و وزن طحال در گروه اسیدهای چرب متوسط زنجیر مشاهده شد. می توان نتیجه‌گیری کرد که افزودنی‌های مختلف خوراکی باعث بهبود عملکرد رشد، برخی از خصوصیات استخوان درشت‌نی و ایمنی در جوجه‌های گوشتی می‌شوند.

چکیده [English]

The effects of different feed additives as antibiotic replacement on the growth performance, immune response, tibia characteristics and meat quality of broilers were investigated. In this experiment, 540 one-day-old male broiler chickens of Ross 308 strain were randomly distributed into 6 treatments with 6 replicates per each. The experimental treatments were 1) a control group (corn-soybean meal diet), 2) control group + 0.25 g/kg antibiotic as growth promoter (Lincomycin), 3) control group + 1 g/kg herbal extract (contains garlic, thyme, turmeric, lemon balm), 4) control group + 3 g/kg medium chain fatty acids (contains a mixture of caproic, caprylic, capric, and lauric acids), 5) control group + a mix of 1.5 g/kg prebiotic (MHF-Y) and 0.2 g probiotic (Lactofeed) and 6) 1 ml/L essential oils in drinking water (contains ferula gummosa, eucalyptus, clove, peppermint, thyme, fennel, ajwain and satureja). Feed conversion ratio and body weight gain were improved in broilers which received feed additives compared to control group throughout the experiment. Hetrophil and lymphocyte and antibody titers, and tibia characteristics were not affected by the experimental treatments. However, the highest relative weight of spleen and total ash of tibia observed in broilers which received medium chain fatty acids. experimental treatments had no effect on the meat quality. It can be concluded that feed additives may improved growth performance and some of the immune and tibia traits in broiler chickens
